All-in Chocolate Mudcake Mix

This complete “all-in” mix makes moist, rich, delicious mudcakes ideal for the most discriminating chocolate lover. Divenely decadent chocolate mudcake or chocolate brownies.

Wheat Flour, Cocoa Powder (5%), Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Oil, Emulsifier(471, 472b, 477, 487), Thickeners (415,412 from Maize),  Egg White Powder, Potato Starch, Salt, Flavours, Raising Agents(450,500), Milk Solid, Colour (150d)

500g Premix

210mls Water

150mls Oil

Procedure

Add all ingredients into a bowl.  Mix for 1 minute on low Speed.  Scape Down the side of the bowl.  Mix for 2 minutes on Low Speed.  Spread in a prepared greased 7″ cake tin.  Bake at 170 for approc 50 mins.
