All prices provided on the website are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. All prices are subject to change due to supply costs. Prices may differ to the prices that we offer in store.

Any information offered on the website is to be used as a guide only. It is the customers responsibility to do their own research and to seek their own medical and dietary advice. We try to ensure the information regarding the product and of the nutritional content offered on the website is up to date and accurate, however we take no responsibility if errors occur. Yummy Nuts Market, its owners or employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to the products sold.

The food on our website may contain traces of the following: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans and soy products, egg, pollen and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, dairy, fish, crustacea and other products. We try to ensure no cross contamination of products occurs but any allergen or nutritional information should never be considered a guarantee.

While Yummy Nuts Market endeavor to keep the website up to date with the products that are out of stock we may be left short unexpectedly due to supply issues. If an out of stock item is purchased then we will contact the customer to offer either an alternative product or a refund.

Yummy Nuts Market will not be held responsible for any errors occurring due to incorrect information being provided by the customer regarding payment or delivery details. If you do pick up any errors before receiving the order please let us know and we will endeavor to rectify it before the order is packed.

We try to pack the orders and get them to you as quickly as we can so if you do decide to change or cancel your order then let us know as soon as possible and we’ll try to help. Any transaction and/or any other applicable fees incurred by Yummy Nuts Market due to the cancelled order will not be refunded.

Please check all items received against your invoice and contact Yummy Nuts Market within 48 hours if there are any discrepancies.

All delivery information provided including address and instructions are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee the state of products (ie chocolate) through the freight process due to the use of third party courier companies. Yummy Nuts Market accepts no responsibility or liability for left packages, packages taken back to the depot or any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver as a result of fire, floods, strikes, accident, war, embargoes, riot or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control

Due to the nature of our store, exchanges aren’t offered on most products. Any freight charges will be the customers responsibility. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately so that we can try to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
